Thus the diary of an empath is bound by the limits of confidentiality as stated by the country and province in which it was founded. Please keep this in mind when reaching out and sharing information. SECURITY

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us by secure servers. 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. All paper notes collected are kept in a locked cabinet. Notes for mentorship are kept on THEDIARYOFANEMPATH.COM on a password protected client page for the duration of the mentorship contract. All notes are destroyed 20 days after final mentorship session.

PAYMENT

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as your name and e-mail address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

The diary of an empath is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites or third-party advertisements. Nor does the diary of an empath make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. You are agreeing to use third-party sites at your own risk which are subject to their individual terms and conditions.
