how to take back control of your own life

 

☑ listen to yourself when something doesn’t feel right to you

☑ let yourself fully feel all the emotions.. good, bad.. and use them as fuel to better know yourself + what you actually want

☑ become aware of your creative rhythm + what inspires your best work

☑ ask yourself, how can I love who I am right now? what about this version of myself is so incredible?

☑ pay attention to what you're naturally good at + take time to do more of it

☑ take breaks when you're tired rather than pushing through

☑ let yourself be uninspired if that's how you're feeling right now

☑ know that you're the only person who can give you permission to take the steps pulling at you
