Sleep. A much needed escape for sensitive folk. A time to step out of our body and into our consciousness and clear whatever we may have accumulated over the day. I've never been much of a sleeper but these days I've taken the 'not much of a sleeper' to the extreme - staying up until 5am or later until finally dozing off.
